A recorded concert tribute to the life and work of renowned Salvationist composer Robert Redhead is being released later today (31st January — 7.30pm local time) by the Sydney Congress Hall Band & Friends in Australia.

Sound the Gospel

'Sound the Gospel — Salute to Col. Robert Redhead' was recorded late last year by the community band of the Salvation Army comprising members of the Sydney Congress Hall Corps and other amateur and professional musicians.

The free to access concert is led by Bandmaster Ron Prussing (who is principal trombone of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra) and also features The Melbourne Staff Songsters (Jeffrey Clarke) with special guests Bandmasters Stephen Cobb (ISB) and Steven Brown (CSB).
