It's that time of year again. So, if you are looking for new music to freshen up your Christmas programmes, an extensive catalogue is available from the pen of award-winning composer Andrew Wainwright.

Many of the titles were recorded by GUS Band on its CD 'Christmas Fantasia', although several works have been added to the collection since. These range from fanfare openers to short lighter items to major works, along with vocal solos with band.

Newer items include the opener 'Fanfare of Joy', the major work 'Benedicamus Domino', the ethereal 'Wexford Carol', the light-hearted 'Twelve Days of Christmas' and 'Christmas Singalong', ideal for involving your audience.

All this and more incouding the evocative 'Huron Carol', the foot-tapping 'Spanish Dance' and major work 'Christmas Fantasia', which fuses a number of familiar carols.
