The Brass Band Conductors' Association will be hosting two interactive zoom seminars in the coming months.
Tabby Kerwin will lead a 'Performance Anxiety & Brass Mental Health' webinar session on Tuesday 13th October (7.00pm-8.30pm).
Tabby is a respected mental health advocate, consultant psychologist and speaker as well as being a well-known brass band performer with a mission to help people protect their mental health and PERFORM at their best.
Session focus
The session will focus on the intense pressure and high standards that players face during gruelling rehearsals, concert weekends, and contests.
Using her research and experience, Tabby will explain how to, "empower, motivate and equip people with actionable tools to manage their capacity for stress and prepare for hard events when they happen...because they will happen."

Cory MD, Philip Harper will by the special guest of the BBCA on Tuesday 24th November (7.00-8.30pm).
The session offers the ideal opportunity to hear directly from one of the most influential figures in the brass band movement and to find out more about his thoughts on a wide variety of topics.
