A fine turn out of players recently took to the stage for the Tilbury Solo & Duet Contest.

On Sunday 23rd November, the Tilbury Band held their annual Solo and Duet contest at their Band Hall.

Fun packed day

It was a fun packed day for adjudicator, Melvin White, with seventy entries across ten sections. Melvin was particular impressed by the standard in the youth sections mentioning that “the future of Tilbury Band seems secure”.
