Jason Katsikaris recently took the opportunity to conduct the Smithills Band as they prepare for two high profile concerts.

Just a few weeks after Smithills MD Chris Wormald was invited to rehearse the Leyland Band, the invitation was reciprocated when Jason Katsikaris, traveled to Bolton to help prepare Smithills for their forthcoming concerts at the Harrogate International Centre and Bridgewater Hall.

Chris Wormald told 4BR: "After hearing Smithills in concert in February Jason invited me to conduct Leyland whilst he was away and it was a pleasure to return the invitation for him to work with our Senior Brass Band this week."
