Following two sell-out Christmas concerts Otterbourne Brass is now turning its attention to rehearsing Holst's 'Moorside Suite' for the West of England Area contest.

Prior to the visit to Torquay, the band, and MD Dr Chris Davis OBE, will have an opportunity to try out the piece on the audience at a concert to be performed in their home village of Otterbourne.
New players
The band has recently welcomed several new players, although Hugh Cameron returns to the band after a spell with at Woodfalls. Also signed are David Beck on cornet and his wife Linda on Eb bass, Thomas Ireland on trombone and cornet player Steve Duncomb.
The band recently launced a new CD called 'Valero'.
