National Youth Arts Wales is now actively recruiting for its 2019 music ensembles — and especially to become a member of its flagship National Youth Brass of Wales.

The 2019 course will once again be led by Cory MD Philip Harper, with the promise of a great week of inspirational tuition and music making between the 21st and 28th July.

Fantastic course

A spokesperson told 4BR: "This promises to be yet another fantastic course — and will build on the success of the concerts given in 2018 in Neath, Newtown and Cardiff under Philip's directions.

We are also keen to ensure that no-one is deterred from applying to the NYAW ensembles for financial reasons, and if the applicant wishes to apply for a bursary toward their audition fee, they should contact Alex James on 029 2063 6466 or through alexjames@nyaw.org.uk for an application form."

All applications for financial assistance will be treated in the strictest confidence.
