The South West Brass Band Association (SWBBA) has informed 4BR that they have now extended the closing date for entries to its 76th Annual Championships to be held on 2nd November at The Riviera Centre, Torquay.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "We have had an excellent response as usual, but we do know bands have been very busy lately so we want to give them just a bit more time to ensure they can put the event into their contesting diaries."

Closing date

The event is open to bands from across the UK. The closing date is now 13th July.
