Butlins errata

The final errata list for 'Folkmusic' has been released.

Butlins

A final errata list for the Butlins test piece 'Folkmusic' has been released.

The organisers have assembled the errata in the form of a question and answer format.

Problem free

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Several MD's (some of them are actually taking part in the contest) have been working along with ourselves in an effort to ensure that this piece of music is as problem free as possible when performed in January."

Tribute

They added: "The organisers would like to pay tribute to these persons for assisting with this, as the piece was selected as a tribute to a very fine local musician and friend who always wholeheartedly supported the contest."

No further errata will be issued, whilst the adjudicators will have copies of the errata for their use, and will the judge the rest on what is printed.
