Workshop quartet for UniBrass

Richard Evans, Lucy Pankhurst, Owen Farr and Leigh Baker will be providing extra workshop help at UniBrass.

The UniBrass organisers have announced that there will be four band workshops held on the contest weekend of Sunday 17th February, open to all bands who are taking part.

Topics

The workshop topics will include march, entertainment, solo and conducting, with Richard Evans taking the reins for the march event.

Composer Lucy Pankhurst will be leding a workshop concerning entertainment repertoire, with Owen Farr running one on solos. Leigh Baker will be running a conducting workshop for the student conductors or any member of a band who is interested in the topic.

Time and date

The UniBrass contest is taking place on Saturday 16th February at Lancaster University Great Hall.
