The BBP Ltd Registry which oversees the registration requirements for the Regional Championship series of contests has reminded bands that they need to ensure all their registration requirements are in order ahead of the 2026 series that starts in February.

Send in early

They told 4BR: "As we fast approach the exceptionally busy time of year for the Registry, in advance of several local contests and the series of Regional Championships, we would like to encourage bands to send in any transactions as early as possible.

We appreciate that some registration changes might have to be made nearer to the contests, however Validation of Cards, name changes for instance, can be processed now to avoid any delays in the coming weeks

Your cooperation in helping us attempt to spread the workload is gratefully received."
